Responsibilities
Support the PR Team in day-to-day activities and operational needs
Assist in the preparation and organization of press appointments, editorials, and VIP requests
Coordinate logistics for samples, shipments, and returns
Maintain and update sample and collection tracking tools
Support the organization of PR events, press days, and showroom presentations
Ensure materials and collections are properly prepared and presented for PR activities
Provide support to the Wholesale Team
Assist in the preparation of collections, line sheets, and selling tools
Support client appointments when required
Help with operational and organizational activities during busy sales periods
Support the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for PR and Wholesale activities
Assist in monitoring KPIs and performance indicators for showroom and PR activities
Provide data entry, organization, and basic analysis to support team decision-making
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the luxury industry
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication skills
Excellent operational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, and ensure delivery of results within tight deadlines
Ability to build relationship and network easily
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
