Responsibilities

Manage and configure Nexthink platform to support Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives
Implement and optimize Nexthink-based use cases to improve device performance, compliance, and user satisfaction
Develop and maintain automations, Remote Actions (RA), and Nexthink Flow workflows for proactive remediation
Monitor and analyze DEX Score and other KPIs to identify areas of improvement and drive user experience enhancements
Collaborate with IT and business units to operationalize insights and automate problem resolution
Design dashboards and reports to communicate platform performance and trends to leadership and operational teams
Promote Nexthink adoption, best practices, and new feature onboarding across IT teams
Troubleshoot endpoint performance issues using telemetry, PowerShell scripting, and root-cause analysis
Integrate Nexthink with other systems using REST APIs and support enterprise-level initiatives
Continuously evolve Nexthink strategies to meet emerging business needs and leverage new platform capabilities
Maintain strong documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills
Focus on reducing frustrated users and delivering a smooth, reliable digital experience for employees
