Responsibilities
Planning, configuring, testing, deploying, reporting on, and supporting corporate physical images (Mac and Windows OS)
Proprietary and third-party application packages
Application and OS update/patch management (Mac and Windows OS)
Physical configuration management solutions (SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Ninja One)
Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and Print Management
Evaluating existing and new technologies
Creating innovations and efficiencies in imaging, configuration management
Mentoring junior engineers
Qualification
Required
Planning, configuring, testing, deploying, reporting on, and supporting corporate physical images (Mac and Windows OS)
Proprietary and third-party application packages management
Application and OS update/patch management (Mac and Windows OS)
Physical configuration management solutions (SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Ninja One)
Digital Employee Experience (DEX) management
Print Management
Strong traditional printer management skills (server and driver-based)
Ability to design and build Intune/SCCM solutions, not just use the console for day-to-day tasks
Senior-level scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred), both for reading and writing scripts
Preferred
Experience with SaaS/cloud-based printer management tools (such as PrinterLogic)
Experience with SaaS solutions to reduce ramp-up time
