The CAD/Revit Designer is responsible for creating foodservice equipment construction documents and works closely with the Project Manager to ensure all specifications are met.

Responsibilities
Creating the foodservice equipment construction documents which include the foodservice equipment floor plans, equipment schedules, plumbing and electrical rough-in floor plans, special conditions floor plans, interior elevations and details
Working closely with the Project Manager throughout each design phase to ensure all equipment specifications and requirements are executed appropriately
Qualification
Required
An associate degree (or higher) in architectural design or drafting
High proficiency using CAD and/or Revit to produce a full set of construction drawings
High proficiency in written communication using Microsoft Word and Outlook
The ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned workload work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
An aptitude for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is desired, but not required
A general understanding of restaurant operations, terminology and equipment is desired, but not required
