Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to senior leadership
Schedule and coordinate meetings (including securing venues, ordering food, and making detailed arrangements as needed), travel, and conference room usage
Prepare agendas, budgets, presentations, reports, and meeting minutes
Manage and create daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting
Handle correspondence, mail, and shipping (FedEx/UPS)
Maintain and order office supplies, equipment, calendars, and records
Analyze operational data and produce reports
Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Maintain databases, corporate rosters, and archived records
Coordinate vendors, supplies, and departmental requests
Serves as a point of contact for guest interactions and handles concerns
Minimal overnight travel as required
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of progressive administrative experience; 1–2 years supporting C-suite executives preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Self-directed and strong time management skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
