Responsibilities
Provide controls floor support and breakdown troubleshooting
Debug PLC ladder logic (ControlLogix)
Support Fanuc & ABB robots and Siemens HMIs
Diagnose equipment downtime and HMI failures
Support startups, installations, and CI initiatives
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams
Participate in daily shift meetings on safety, quality, and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or technical degree with 5+ years' experience)
5+ years Controls Engineering experience in manufacturing
Strong PLC troubleshooting & automation experience
Comfortable working rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime
Able to work independently in a fast-paced plant environment
