Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems
Monitor network performance and implement improvements to optimize reliability and throughput
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption
Assist in network capacity planning and scalability initiatives
Implement and maintain network security measures in compliance with organizational standards
Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on projects and technology upgrades
Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for operational continuity
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
Five (5) years of experience in network engineering or administration
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF), LAN/WAN technologies, and network security principles
Experience with enterprise-grade networking hardware and software (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, etc.)
Familiarity with SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud networking solutions
Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement effective solutions
Strong documentation and communication skills
