Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on HV equipment
Troubleshoot and repair equipment
Execute/supervise installation and commissioning
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of High Voltage Substations and equipment (>69kV), doing field assignments, erection, testing and repair
Reside within the Portland, OR area or willing to relocate
Equipment experience: transformers, generators, breakers, capacitor banks
Knowledge of operating test equipment, such as CB timers, power factor, TTR, conductor, CT testers, Megger
Experience performing electrical tests, SF6 leak detection, gas analysis, timing, power factor, & contact resistance
