Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise process architectures that map business capabilities, process dependencies, and system integrations
Analyze current-state processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement reengineered, future-state processes aligned with strategic and regulatory objectives
Evaluate and recommend technology-enabled solutions including automation, AI, analytics, and intelligent workflows
Build business cases and ROI models for transformation initiatives
Monitor post-implementation performance and continuously refine processes using data and stakeholder feedback
Serve as a change leader, promoting modern architecture, process excellence, and data-driven decision-making

Required

8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, business process engineering, or large-scale transformation
Strong expertise in business process analysis, modeling, and optimization (BPR, BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma)
Experience with enterprise architecture governance and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of process-to-technology alignment and systems integration
Experience developing business cases, ROI analysis, and performance metrics
Knowledge of regulatory compliance within highly regulated environments
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Preferred

Master's degree
Experience in ISO/RTO, utility, or energy market environments strongly preferred
Familiarity with electric grid operations, regulatory frameworks (FERC, NERC, PUCT), and risk management is a plus
