Responsibilities
Oversee the preparedness for our upcoming Oracle transformation and evolve the HR Technology function into an agile, change-ready team that drives innovation and operational excellence
Partner closely with IT, People Analytics, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, enhance user experience, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
Build HRIS teams from the ground up through capability development, process optimizations, performance management, agile methodology, and standard practices
Undergo an HCM implementation from start to finish, evolving the HR technology team to support the new system
Oversee technology optimizations, managing various components of the project from an HRIS perspective and lens
Manage vendor relationships, supporting contractors, consulting agencies/firms, and managing contracts
Lead teams with UKG Pro Core, UKG Workforce Management, and Oracle
Qualification
Required
Has built HRIS teams from the ground up through capability development, process optimizations, performance management, agile methodology, and standard practices
Has undergone an HCM implementation from start to finish, evolving the HR technology team to support the new system. Partnership with IT experience a plus as it relates to balancing R&R across the HR Tech Stack
Overseen technology optimizations, managing various components of the project from an HRIS perspective and lens
Vendor management experience, supporting contractors, consulting agencies/firms, and managing contracts
Experience leading teams with UKG Pro Core, UKG Workforce Management, and Oracle
