Responsibilities
Calling 1,500+ warm and aged leads (solar, windows, siding)
Handling inbound text and email leads from the internet immediately
Setting appointments for: Residential solar, Commercial solar
Using provided tools and technology to qualify properties and customers
Maintaining strong follow-up via phone, text, and email
Working closely with sales to ensure high-quality handoffs
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of solar lead setting experience
Proven ability to handle high call volume
Comfortable with fast follow-ups and inbound lead urgency
Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
Self-motivated and reliable in a remote environment
This is a remote position (can work anywhere from the US)
