Responsibilities
Assisting with testwork related to the Sarbanes-Oxley annual audit
Rotating among the Audit teams to assist with the planning and fieldwork of auditable entity audits
Engaging with Dime’s business process area stakeholders to conduct walkthroughs and acquire confirming audit evidence
Qualification
Required
Rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an accredited University/College pursuing degree(s) in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Management Information Systems
Strong attention to detail
Desire to learn about banking concepts and their related risks
Good ability to track and manage prioritizations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Able to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, in Hauppauge, Long Island
