This role offers hands-on experience in systems administration and cybersecurity, allowing candidates to develop technical skills while working with Microsoft Cloud technologies and Windows servers.

Responsibilities
Assist with the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Windows servers and Active Directory
Support configuration, deployment, and management of user accounts and access controls
Participate in routine system health checks, system/software updates, and troubleshooting
Eager to learn (or advance knowledge) and utilize PowerShell for automation and system management tasks
Help respond to cybersecurity events, including incident alerts and investigations, under the guidance of senior team members
Contribute to the implementation of security policies and procedures
Document system configurations, procedures, and remediation steps
Qualification
Required

Coursework or experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Enterprise Cloud services fundamentals
Basic understanding of PowerShell scripting
Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn best practices
Solid analytical and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative
