Responsibilities

Architect hardware platforms optimized for AI training and inference workloads
Define system requirements and translate them into board-level implementations
Evaluate and select CPUs, GPUs, memory technologies, and interconnect solutions
Lead design reviews, validation strategy, and system debug efforts
Collaborate with thermal, mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to ensure deployable solutions
Influence long-term hardware roadmaps and platform strategy
Support high-volume production and field reliability improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
10+ years of experience in hardware or systems architecture

Ability to drive architectural trade-offs and technical consensus
Strong leadership and communication skills
