Entry Level Manager in Training

Responsibilities
Drive customer engagement in a genuine, friendly way while supporting the overall sales experience
Understand customer needs and recommend wireless services that improve satisfaction and support company sales goals
Build negotiation and communication skills by learning how to handle objections and guide conversations as an Entry Level Manager on the sales team
Keep accurate records of your sales interactions, including customer updates, lead notes, and completed service orders
Join weekly meetings to review sales goals, team progress, and quality standards
Conduct in-person sales presentations, listening closely to match customers with the best wireless options as an Entry Level Manager
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build real relationships with customers
Familiarity with basic customer service and sales techniques
Curious, self-driven, and open to learning—especially when it comes to growing in a sales environment
Reliable daily transportation; this is an on-site role
Preferred
1–2 years of customer-facing experience is helpful but not required for the Entry Level Manager opening
