Operations Coordinator
Crescent Solutions is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support insurance administration, financial coordination, and accounting. This role focuses on accurate month-end accruals, cost tracking, and cross-team collaboration to ensure precise processing and reporting while adhering to internal policies.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with project management, site teams, finance, and leadership to coordinate procurement, cost tracking, documentation, and approvals for smooth cross-functional execution
Track insurance-related costs across projects; prepare and post accurate month-end accruals to support reliable financial closes and reporting
Partner with accounting to apply proper financial treatments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accuracy in insurance-related entries
Manage master data creation, updates, and maintenance in core systems to ensure data integrity
Prepare, review, and distribute required memos and documentation per financing agreements and contracts
Facilitate timely executive approvals and signatures for key documents with strong record-keeping
Maintain organized financial records, tracking databases, and supporting files for efficient audits and reporting
Monitor cost flows, validate allocations/payments, identify variances, and provide clear explanations
Deliver accurate cost analysis, variance insights, and financial reporting to support internal and external discussions
Qualification
Required
Experience in financial coordination, accrual processing, procurement support, or similar roles involving month-end activities
Solid understanding of month-end accruals and financial processes, with ability to prepare/post accruals accurately
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing complex data and deadlines
Proven success collaborating across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, analysis, and accurate financial reporting
Preferred
Experience with SAP (FI/CO, MM) or similar ERP systems for accruals, procurement, and master data
Knowledge of financial close procedures, cost allocation, and variance analysis
Exposure to project financial operations or cost tracking in construction, energy, or related industries
Strong communication skills and discretion with sensitive financial information
