Responsibilities

Lead design and system integration of GPU compute server platforms
Develop electrical specifications, schematics, and BOMs for server boards and subsystems
Drive high-speed PCB design, layout reviews, and electrical sign-off
Analyze and debug power, signal integrity, and system-level issues
Lead system bring-up and validation for CPU/GPU platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure production readiness
Mentor engineers and guide technical execution across programs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
12+ years of experience in server or high-performance hardware design
Experience with GPU-accelerated systems or accelerator platforms
Strong knowledge of high-speed interfaces and PCB design practices
Proven ability to lead complex technical programs
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
