Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain databases, tracking tools, and reports leveraging department systems supporting network adequacy and department operations
Perform routine, ad-hoc, and audit-related analyses
Serve as a point of contact for department-related data requests, ensuring timely, accurate delivery
Support integration and data exchange between internal and external systems and business intelligence platforms
Identify opportunities to streamline department operations through improved data workflows, reporting, and automation
Develop and deliver data analytics and reporting training for department team members
Provide guidance and support to all users utilizing department data systems. Promote data discipline and best practices across the contracting organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field such as 5–7 years of experience in provider contracting, managed care operations, or healthcare data analytics or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Demonstrated experience in an IPA, health plan, hospital, or managed care organization preferred
Strong background in healthcare contracting data, provider networks, capitation models, and operational analytics
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, functions, pivot tables, data validation)
Experience designing and maintaining databases, dashboards, and analytical reports
Strong understanding of managed care contracting, provider reimbursement, and healthcare data integrity
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for operational and leadership stakeholders
Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
