Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on product designs and identify areas for improvement
Analyze user behavior and interactions to inform design decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify that user experience goals are met during product development
Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and insights to stakeholders to enhance product usability
Create and refine user personas and journey maps based on user research and testing results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
3+ years of experience working with UX design, specifically communicating changes/revisions and managing UX design projects
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback effectively
Familiarity with UX design tools and methodologies
Experience designing for mobile apps
Experience with UX research
