Responsibilities
Schedule client meetings and send reminder e-mails to clients
Resolve client inquiries promptly through research and communication with internal departments
Enhance advisor efficiency by establishing systems to promote organization and productivity
Follow up with clients, external business contacts, or financial advisor to ensure identified action items are completed
Maintain detailed calendars and client records
Compose high-quality emails to clients and advisors
Provide miscellaneous administrative assistance as needed using individual judgment and problem-solving skills
Qualification
Required
Highly organized, conscientious, and detail conscious
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
High degree of initiative, integrity, and resourcefulness
Independent and self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage time
Ability to multi-task and complete assignments in a timely, productive manner
Must have customer service orientation
Must be able to work in a team environment, supporting multiple associates, with a positive attitude
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe PDF, and willingness to learn new computer systems quickly
Preferred
Associates degree or higher level of education
CRM knowledge a plus
Ideally 2+ years of administrative support in a professional environment
