Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
Experience in Team Leadership and mentoring to foster collaboration and productivity
Sales proficiency, including the ability to meet membership goals and attract new clients
Project Management skills to effectively manage schedules, tasks, and studio operations
Highly organized and proactive problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Prior experience in fitness, wellness, or similar industries is beneficial
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
