Senior LevelSeek Now is a fast-growing tech company transforming the insurance claims process. They are seeking a Senior React Native Mobile Engineer to design and develop mobile experiences, lead initiatives, and improve the reliability and performance of their mobile applications.

Responsibilities
Develop new features for our mobile applications while helping architect new mobile product initiatives
Own technical design, tradeoffs, and delivery for key areas of the app from discovery through rollout
Improve offline-first capture, background sync, and data integrity in low-connectivity environments
Design, implement, and maintain a scalable React Native codebase (navigation, state management, modularity, offline patterns, performance)
Leverage modern mobile testing practices, instrumentation, and CI/CD to improve reliability and accelerate delivery
Work on a small, high-performing team, contribute to code reviews, pair with teammates, and support junior developers in growing their craft
Qualification
Required
Proven experience building and maintaining production mobile apps; experience supporting apps used in real-world, high-variability environments is a plus
Strong experience with React Native, React, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript patterns
Comfort designing modular, maintainable app architectures (navigation, state management, offline patterns, performance)
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working closely with backend teams to shape mobile-friendly endpoints
Strong critical thinking, ownership mindset, and the drive to tackle complex challenges
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Native mobile experience (Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java)
Mobile CI/CD and release workflows
Augmented reality frameworks (ARKit / ARCore) for property scanning and spatial capture
Integrating user experiences with on-device AI models
3D rendering experience (SceneKit, RealityKit, Three.js, Unity, or similar)
