Employee Benefits Manager
McClone Insurance is seeking an Employee Benefits Manager to lead their Employee Benefits support team. The role focuses on improving efficiencies, building strong relationships with clients and carrier partners, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Client Experience and the department Project Lead to develop operational policies and procedures that support the company’s strategic plan
Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending system improvements
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members, developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
5+ years of employee benefit insurance management experience
2+ years of experience leading a team
Wisconsin Life and Health insurance license required within 90 days of employment and maintained throughout the course of employment
Preferred
Associate or bachelor's degree in related field
