InternProgress Residential is a leading property manager of single-family rental homes nationwide, and they are seeking a Summer intern for their Supply Chain team. The internship will provide valuable experience in the real estate business, allowing participants to learn about operations and management of single-family properties while developing their careers.

Responsibilities
Work closely with your assigned business unit and participate in the day-to-day operations of the assigned group
Collaborate with Regional Vendor Manager to source vendor leads and data input relevant information into Salesforce for further prospecting
Collaborate with Central Ops and Field Construction teams to evaluate material needs
Assist accounting department with all invoice, payment, and supplier issues
Contribute to special projects in support of the business
Spend time rotating amongst the business unit to explore and expand your understanding of Progress and the SFR asset class
Contribute to special projects in support of the business
Qualification
Required
Self-motivated
Creative
Disciplined
Current student within an accredited college or university
Experience with MS Office suite
Knowledge of Salesforce or related systems
Strong presentation skills
Ability to network and develop strong relationships
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Strong academic background, preferably in business or real estate
Demonstrated interest in the real estate industry
