Mid LevelStefanini Group is hiring a Technical Systems Analyst to serve as a technical liaison between public health programs and information systems. The role involves translating business requirements into functional system solutions, configuring applications, and supporting system enhancements that aid public health operations and reporting.

Responsibilities
Configure and maintain MAVEN workflows, forms, business rules, notifications and MMGs
Conduct gap analysis between program workflows and MAVEN functionality
Translate public health program requirements into technical MAVEN solutions
Perform SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting
Support testing, UAT, and production deployments
Collaborate with epidemiologists, program staff, to Translate program requirements into MAVEN configuration
Collaborate with programmers, IT, and external vendors
Document system configurations, decisions, and changes
Support onboarding, training, and user issue resolution
Qualification
Required
Systems analysis experience in complex applications
Demonstrated experience working directly with MAVEN
Experience with system configuration and rule-based logic
Ability to read, write, and modify Java code
Strong SQL skills
Background in public health surveillance or informatics
Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with ELR, HL7, MMGs
Prior work in a state or local health department
Experience supporting modernization or system enhancements in MAVEN
