Responsibilities
Create piping models and equipment layout models in 3D software under the direction of Lead Designers
Coordinate with other piping designers and other disciplines working in the models
Work with a team of designers, drafters and engineers to develop 3D piping plans
Coordinate design with other disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, etc.) to ensure success of project
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years' experience in layout of process and mechanical equipment and associated piping design
Advanced user of CADWorx OR Revit 3D design software. Must have recent experience
Proficiency with Navisworks
Strong organizational and communication skills
Authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship
Preferred
Process mechanical piping systems, industrial waste and high purity water systems
Microelectronic (semiconductor) facilities
Pipe installation details and pipe supports
