Responsibilities
Support Windows Server infrastructure and core services (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
Administer VMware virtualization (ESXi, vCenter) and support high availability environments
Support Citrix environments including NetScaler load balancing and application delivery
Manage Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access)
Troubleshoot escalated infrastructure issues across servers, networking, storage, and authentication
Support endpoint management tools like Intune (plus Jamf for Apple devices)
Participate in patching, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery planning
Contribute to infrastructure modernization projects (clusters, migrations, platform upgrades)

VMware (ESXi, vCenter)
Windows Server
Microsoft 365 (M365 / Entra ID)
Citrix (including NetScaler)
Preferred
Healthcare or regulated industry experience
SharePoint Online permissions/access troubleshooting
PowerShell automation
EMR exposure (Meditech, MatrixCare)
Mimecast, Wyse thin clients, or VDI experience
