Acumenz Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Associate to support helpdesk tickets, reporting, and issue resolution related to sales commission processes. Responsibilities
Analyze and resolve helpdesk tickets with timely closure
Run reports and perform data analysis to identify root causes
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, IT, and Support teams for issue resolution
Track compliance, accuracy, and governance metrics
Maintain process documentation and suggest system/process improvements
Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple requests
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in operations, support, or customer service roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, reporting, data analysis)
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts
Preferred
Experience in sales commissions or revenue operations
Background in customer support/helpdesk
Knowledge of reporting or database tools
