Removing hide, fat, membranes, or defects from muscle and tissue
Performing production tasks in a hot, fresh product environment
General use of knives, saws, hooks, or other hand tools
Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and product quality
Working safely around heavy equipment and moving production lines
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years or older
Legal to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Preferred
Meat processing, butcher, or knife-handling experience
Experience in food manufacturing or similar settings
Ability to work in a hot, humid, fast paced environment
