Responsibilities
Assist customers in understanding their financing and leasing options, providing clear explanations of terms, rates, and payment plans
Evaluate customers' credit applications, assess risk factors, and determine appropriate financing solutions
Stay up-to-date on the latest financing programs, incentives, and promotions offered by the manufacturer, as well as other lending institutions
Ensure all finance transactions comply with regulatory requirements and dealership policies, including proper documentation and disclosure procedures
Build strong relationships with customers, earning their trust and confidence through professionalism and integrity. Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
Collaborate with sales team members to facilitate a seamless transition from vehicle selection to financing
Meet or exceed established performance goals related to finance penetration, product sales, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience as an F&I Manager Required
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed
Prior experience working with clients and providing an exceptional experience
Steady work history and the commitment to provide exceptional customer service
Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
Saturday and evening availability
Valid U.S. driver license
Maintains professional appearance
Performs other duties as assigned
