Acoustics Business Development Manager
TECHLITE Acoustics & Insulation is a leader in acoustic and insulation products, seeking a results-driven Acoustics Business Development Manager to expand their presence in the industry. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company growth goals
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and industry contacts
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts
Identify key trends in the industry while analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and operations) to align customer needs with capabilities
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients
Report on sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market insights to leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, engineering or closely related field
2+ years of experience in business development, project management, or B2B sales in Manufacturing and/or Architectural Acoustics
2+ years of prior experience and understanding of Architectural Acoustics Sound Shaping and Sound Dampening
Excellent technical skills with MS Office and other programs as needed
