Regional Category Buyer - Content PR, Social & Influencer

The Regional Category Buyer will support and implement procurement category strategy for content development in PR, Social, and Influencer, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing supplier relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

Execution of competitive, innovative long term procurement sub-category strategies that are:
Based on market intelligence: assessing risks and opportunities
Collaboratively built, full aligned with the business delivering cost reduction and significant value to business
Support the development of new market innovation opportunities (e.g. new suppliers, new digital tools in the categories)
Translate marketing categories vision, strategy and projects in the region and execute to ensure delivery aligned with the targets
Collaborate closely with global category leads, regional marketing leadership, and finance
Local support and delivery of global category strategies
Creation and delivery of local category strategy as needed
Regional supplier relationship management and negotiations
Lead supplier business reviews for key local supplier partners
Set local KPIs and monitor supplier performance. Continuously drive improvements in performance of the suppliers in all relevant areas of service level, costs, delivery, quality
Ensure compliance with master service agreements
Escalate / manage issues that may impact the global Marketing and Sales procurement
Ensure that risk management assessment and risk mitigation strategies are in place in close collaboration with the business

Required

Bachelors' in Business, Finance, Procurement/ Business Operations, Marketing
A strong understanding of marketing/agencies
Agile, curious, and flexible to the evolving business needs
Hands-on experience in delivering savings initiatives with demand management levers
Strong capability to manage business and interact with internal stakeholders, Suppliers, and managing a complex environment
Highly effective written and verbal communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
The ability to hit the ground running, operate autonomously with a high level of drive and energy
