Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft server infrastructure
Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365
Monitor system availability, performance, and compliance
Automate administrative tasks using scripting tools
Support endpoints and mobile device environments
Ensure infrastructure security and reliability
Act as Tier III escalation for advanced system issues
Qualification
Required
5+ years managing Microsoft server environments (Windows Server 2016/2019, Hyper-V)
3+ years administering AD, Azure AD, and Office 365
2+ years scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
1+ year working with Microsoft cloud security (Azure / Intune)
Strong troubleshooting and infrastructure support skills
Preferred
Experience working with Texas State Agencies
Endpoint management using SCCM or Intune
SQL Server migrations and performance tuning
SAN / enterprise storage solutions
