Analyze, validate, and manage healthcare/pharmacy data to support externally funded initiatives and compliance programs
Pull data from internal systems, ensure data quality and accuracy, and securely transmit files to external vendors
Monitor program performance, compile reports, and analyze results to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Communicate data issues, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Support process enhancements, automation, and reporting improvements related to data management
Qualification
Required

Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Prior experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or PBM environments
