15+ years expCrypto & Blockchain Trends is looking for a Director of Risk Management who will be responsible for constructing and optimizing the company's risk management system. This role involves identifying and controlling various risks to support business development and compliance with strategic goals.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's overall risk management strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's strategy and business objectives
Build and continuously optimize the enterprise-wide risk management framework (ERM), covering strategic risks, operational risks, financial risks, compliance risks, etc
Define risk appetite and risk tolerance to support management decision-making
Establish a systematic risk identification and assessment mechanism and conduct regular risk assessments
Continuously monitor significant risks and key risk indicators (KRIs)
Report significant risk events and early warning information to management in a timely manner
Develop and promote risk control strategies, systems, and operating procedures
Supervise the effectiveness of risk response measures and promote risk remediation and continuous improvement
Participate in risk assessments of major projects, major investments, and key business decisions
Collaborate with legal, internal control, and audit functions to ensure effective implementation of compliance requirements
Support internal audits and external regulatory inspections
Promote the compliance and effectiveness of company systems and processes
Establish a risk management-related indicator and data analysis system
Use data analysis to identify potential risk trends and systemic risks
Enhance the foresight and scientific nature of risk management
Work closely with business, operations, finance, product, and technology departments
Balance risk control and operational efficiency while supporting business development
Provide risk consulting and professional advice to support business innovation
Build and manage the risk management team, clarifying responsibilities and performance objectives
Enhance the team's professional capabilities in risk identification, analysis, and management
Promote company-wide risk awareness and compliance culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Law, Auditing, Management, or a related field
Over 20 years of experience in risk management, internal control, auditing, compliance, or related fields
At least 15 years of experience in risk management or related management positions
Experience in risk management practices within complex organizations or regulated industries
Ability to proactively identify potential risks
Ability to build and optimize risk management frameworks
Ability to conduct risk assessment and monitoring based on data
Ability to drive the implementation of risk management measures within the organization
Adherence to compliance and risk management principles
Preferred
Experience in building enterprise risk management (ERM) systems
Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance, or industry regulatory requirements
Possession of relevant professional qualifications such as FRM, CPA, CIA, or CFA
Experience in risk management for cross-regional or international businesses
