Business Development Administrative Assistant
Hebron Savings Bank is seeking a Business Development Administrative Assistant to support their business development team. The role involves lead generation, appointment setting, and administrative tasks to ensure sales goals are met and client needs are addressed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
Assemble loan paperwork and forward it to Loan Department
Manage loan approval follow-up/faxes
New loan input on the LoanVantage system
Research and respond to any loan audit findings
Process draw requests and line advances
Settlement coordination and facilitation
Obtaining settlement checks
Resolving loan documentation
Scheduling
Maintain lender credit files
Annually update and renew lines of credit information for lender review and approvals
Assist loan officers with administrative requests and clerical duties
Rate inquiries
Bill payment inquiries
Payment inquiries
Basic loan questions
Have detailed knowledge of loan documentation
Assist with collecting documentation and processing of commercial loans- checklist, doc sheets, GEO codes, NAICS codes, etc
Assist in the production of documents on new, extensions, modifications, and renewals of loans
Assist pre-closing/closing tasks
Organizing loans for customer signature and loan processing
Review loans for documentation errors before closing
Set up loan files, collect and review documents
Manage loan documentation follow-up
Collateral file maintenance, completion, and problem resolution
Insurance; initial documentation for settlement preparation
Communicate effectively with customers, real estate agents, insurance agents, and attorneys related to loan – face-to-face interaction, written correspondence, telephone, as well as e-mail contact
Request title work from the attorney
Request insurance from insurance agents
Addressing client issues – loan/account questions, account questions, researching and resolving problems identified by customers
Pull credit reports on customers if needed
Pull MS Secretary of State pages, flood certificates, car fax reports
Prepare loan origination tickets, payment tickets, wire transfers, and account transfers
Prepare relationship summary on customers
Prepare file maintenance requests on loans
Work portfolios on an ongoing basis for financial statements/tax returns exceptions
Print past due, exceptions, and future maturity reports for officers
Notarizing documents
Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Must be able to prioritize tasks and work initiative
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Actively participate in community service activities and/or volunteer to promote our mission, generate visibility, and serve our local community
Maintains comprehensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures, including BSA
Other duties as assigned
