Recruitment Coordinator
Confidential is one of the nation’s largest litigation firms seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support attorney recruiting efforts and manage legal support staff recruiting. This role involves working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure an efficient recruiting process for legal assistants and paralegals across multiple offices nationwide.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary recruiter for all legal support positions, including legal assistants and paralegals across multiple practice groups and offices
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
Draft, post, and manage job postings across multiple platforms
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for legal support candidates
Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage
Coordinate background checks, onboarding paperwork, and hiring logistics in collaboration with HR
Maintain accurate hiring records, pipelines, and recruiting metrics for legal support roles
Provide administrative and logistical support to the attorney recruiting team
Coordinate interviews (virtual and in-person), including scheduling with partners and practice group leaders
Prepare interview materials and assist with candidate follow-up
Track attorney candidate pipelines and maintain ATS data integrity
Assist with offer letters, onboarding coordination, and start-date logistics as needed
Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate, timely data entry
Generate recruiting reports and assist with hiring metrics
Support recruiting initiatives such as job fairs, campus recruiting, and referral programs
Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
Ensure compliance with firm policies, best practices, and applicable employment laws
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or talent acquisition (law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred)
Experience recruiting or supporting the recruitment of legal support staff (legal assistants, paralegals, or similar roles)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Preferred
Law firm recruiting or legal staffing experience
Familiarity with multi-office or national firm recruiting structures
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a fast-moving recruiting team
