Office Receptionist

B3ON Corporate is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Office Receptionist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing front desk operations and handling various administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for staff
Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records

Qualification

MS OfficeOffice administrationCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsMultitasking abilities

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
