Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver multi-tier, distributed web applications
Build scalable and low-latency RESTful APIs and data aggregation pipelines
Develop enterprise applications using Java 8+ / Java 11, Spring, and Spring Boot
Implement J2EE technologies, JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Data
Work with relational databases (Oracle) and NoSQL data stores
Apply best practices including TDD, CI/CD, and performance tuning
Optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Leverage AWS services for cloud-native development and deployments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of deliverables
Ensure high code quality, security, and performance standards
Qualification
Required
10+ years of enterprise Java development experience (Big Tech preferred)
5+ years of hands-on experience with MongoDB / NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience using AI developer tools such as RooCode and Claude
Strong foundation in Computer Science fundamentals (Data Structures & Algorithms)
Java 8 and above / Java 11
Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data
REST APIs, Web Services
