Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation
Support the delivery of a quality full cycle recruitment service and contribute to the recruitment strategy and objectives
Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
Partner with external staffing agencies to source qualified candidates for open positions
Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through initial conversations and screening processes
Provide detailed and relevant information to recruiters and hiring managers
Extend offers and negotiate compensation
Initiate contact with passive candidates and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future opportunities
Foster relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and talent market dynamics to provide insights and recommendations for talent acquisition strategies
Preparation and process candidate interview reimbursements
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals
Lead or participate in cross-functional HR projects as needed
Assists and prepares correspondence as requested
Other HR tasks as assigned

Required

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, business administration, liberal arts, or similar discipline
5+ year's experience in HR and recruiting or similar role in engineering or manufacturing organization
Strong experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Proficient in MS Office applications
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ClearCompany a plus
Proficiency in Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
Familiar with ADP WorkforceNow or other HRIS
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments with competing priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly with candidate and employees
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin Chinese is preferred
