Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain cloud-native applications and microservices using NodeJS, Java, and Spring Boot
Develop and optimize AWS-based solutions using services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, and CloudWatch
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, resilient, and high-performance systems
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across various languages and frameworks
Monitor system performance and implement metrics, logging, and observability best practices
Troubleshoot production issues and participate in continuous improvement of system reliability
Contribute to DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud automation

Required

NodeJS development experience, particularly with microservices architectures
Java and Spring Boot expertise

Ability to work across multiple languages, platforms, and frameworks (true generalist mindset)
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Passion for learning new technologies and working in a polyglot culture

Preferred

Python development experience
Kafka or other event-streaming technologies
Shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell, etc.)
Containerization experience (Docker, ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, etc.)
