M&A Integration Lead
Taylor White is a rapidly expanding, employee-owned organization in the facilities services industry seeking an M&A Integration Lead to own the post-acquisition integration process for newly acquired companies. This role involves managing the integration process across finance, HR, and operations, ensuring successful onboarding into the company's systems and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end integration of newly acquired companies
Take a highly hands-on approach to integration, personally executing the operational, financial, and administrative tasks required to fully onboard acquired companies — not just tracking the work, but doing the work
Serve as the primary point of coordination between Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Operations
Track and execute a comprehensive integration checklist and timeline
Ensure all integration milestones are completed accurately and on schedule
Communicate progress, risks, and updates to the VP of Finance and leadership team
Support onboarding acquired companies into the company's financial infrastructure
Assist with bringing newly acquired entities onto the books
Coordinate system transitions, including NetSuite implementation and data migration
Partner with internal accounting teams to ensure clean financial integration
Support close process alignment and reporting standardization
Manage employee onboarding into company's systems and processes
Coordinate employee census data and benefits transitions
Support payroll and PEO implementation for acquired teams
Partner with HR to ensure smooth communication and change management for employees
Assist with administrative onboarding of new entities
Coordinate documentation, contracts, and compliance items related to integration
Liaise with internal and external legal partners as needed
Ensure proper setup of vendors, systems access, and operational infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
3–8 years of relevant experience with exposure to M&A integration and post-acquisition environments
Background in one or more of the following: accounting or finance, project management, or operations/business integration
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple integrations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred
Exposure to M&A integration or post-acquisition environments
Experience with project management methodologies or tools
Experience with NetSuite or other ERP implementations
Experience with PEO or benefits platform implementations
Comfort working in high-growth, acquisition-driven organizations
