Assist in agency inquiries and coordination with Area Coordinators
Conduct customer outreach for issue resolution and account updates
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: 1+ years
Self driven individuals
Excellent communication skills (friendly, courteous, helpful)
Ability to resolve customer issues by using problem solving skills
Reliable/Dependable

Strive for excellence
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus for customer-facing roles
Proven experience as a telemarketer (HVAC industry knowledge) or in a similar sales/customer service role
A track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
