Responsibilities
Litigate complex cases in landlord/tenant, real estate, and construction matters, including evictions, lease defaults, possession recoveries, breach claims, and disputes involving contractors, owners, and tenants
Handle depositions, discovery, motions, strategy, and trial preparation with strong partner support
Manage a dynamic caseload in a one-stop-shop environment, blending transactional and litigation work for variety and growth
Advise clients on real estate transactions, construction litigation, and business disputes, acting as an extension of their team
Qualification
Required
2-6 years of experience in real estate litigation, landlord/tenant, and/or construction law
Solid litigation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
