They are seeking a Functional ERP Intern to collaborate with the ERP functional team, support Oracle EBS applications, assist in gathering business requirements, and contribute to process improvements within the ERP system.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the ERP functional team to support and maintain Oracle EBS applications along with Oracle Cloud applications
Assist in gathering business requirements and participate in functional design discussions
Contribute to the configuration and setup of Oracle EBS modules (and relevant Cloud applications) based on business needs
Participate in system testing for ERP system changes and enhancements
Help create and update process documentation, user manuals, and training materials
Assist in conducting user training sessions for ERP modules and functionalities
Support end-users in resolving functional issues and inquiries related to the ERP system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements within the ERP system
Learn and work with Oracle EBS modules and relevant Cloud applications, such as Finance, Projects, Procurement and Human Resources
Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and best practices to contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
Attention to detail a must
Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Basic understanding of ERP concepts and previous exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into functional solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users
Quick learner and eagerness to learn about ERP systems and their role in supporting business processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
Prior experience or coursework in ERP, business process management, or data analysis is a bonus
Local candidates preferred
