This role involves organizing financial documents, monitoring invoices, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and maintain financial and accounting documents
Monitor invoice and payment statuses
Assist with basic Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks
Respond professionally to emails from clients and carriers regarding invoices and payments
Support day-to-day administrative and accounting operations as needed
Qualification
Required
Must have an Associates Degree or Above
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Solid numerical and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Preferred
Prior accounting experience preferred
