New GradThe Tennessee Titans are dedicated to a winning culture and are seeking a Graphic Design Fellow to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Graphic Design team. The Fellow will support digital and social teams by creating designed content and help build out print assets for marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
Support digital and social teams by creating designed content and demonstrating brand consistency across all platforms
Help build out print assets and promotional materials for marketing efforts
Effectively communicate with project managers regarding project statuses and deadlines
Must be able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment
Participate in brainstorms and discussions on branding and visual identity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required
Proficiency in in software programs including Adobe Suite including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator required
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in speaking and writing
Exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with team members, customers and/or vendors
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, especially in a fast-paced environment
Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
This is an in-person role located at the Titans Practice Facility in Nashville, TN
Preferred
Focus in Graphic Design, or related field preferred
Experience in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe After Effects preferred, but not required
