Qualification
Required
Strong Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, process optimization, and quality assurance in print production
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with teams and address customer needs effectively
Proficiency in Digital Strategy and hands-on experience with modern printing technologies
Project Management capabilities to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
Ability to work in an on-site environment in Paterson, NJ, and handle physical tasks related to machine operation and other jobs within the company
Previous experience in a related role or industry, with technical expertise in digital and flat-bed printing
Preferred
Familiarity or experience working with Arizona 1350s is a plus
