This associate will assist in responsive scope:
Distributed On-Call Support
DR Testing, Audits, Code Reviews
Patching, Rehydration
Maintaining Playbooks
Certificate Management
Maintaining Reliability and Observability
Qualification
Required
Experience with Java
Experience with AWS
Strong experience with Production Support
Strong experience with Distributed Systems
College degree in computer science or related field with 6 to 10 years of experience
Knowledge of Java, Datadog, Cloud (AWS)
Experience triaging production issues, locating performance improvements, and working with Engineering Teams
Willing to participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
Preferred
Experience on messaging technologies like IBM MQ, Kafka, etc
