Customer Account Representative

Horizon Point Marketing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support regarding their accounts.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries regarding accounts
Manage and update customer account information and records
Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and other communications in a timely manner
Resolve customer issues and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide accurate product information
Monitor account activity and follow up on trends or discrepancies

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
